Our design process starts with client briefing. We discuss about the business and communication needs and find out what kind of design challenges we are going to solve.
After understanding the business goals we pursue to understand the end users state of mind, their needs, motivation, capabilities and operation conditions. We also analyze existing services and/or marketing material status and possible identity guidelines, as well as make competitor and trend analysis about what is happening in the world at the moment.
After the initial research, together with the client we adjust the objectives, choose proper medium to be used and create design solutions according to notions. We can involve real end users in the process if needed.
Design process does not need to be heavy at the start. Depending on the project scope the design can be done lean way. This means fast start aiming at minimum viable product that can be further developed based on user feedback.
Deliverables may be e.g. something between concept, identity, advertisement, campaign, video, communicative, mobile or functional web service, or combination of several of those.
Nowadays communication is not just about pushing the message from a company to the public. Most of the time creating a service or a brand is about serving the needs of the consumers and users so that the both parties can benefit and/or be entertained.
